Mike and Jill have always responded to my questions and texts and taken my calls. They have helped me immediately when possible or made an appointment at my convenience. Always professional, reasonably priced service, and they look at the best way to address issues cost wise. I just happened to stumble over Mike and Jill's shop because I passed it many times over the years. When my Dell laptop stopped charging, and the battery died, I thought to bring it in and see if it could be fixed. Mike agreed to look at it and give me advice. After he opened it up his assessment was that the charging port attached to the mother board went bad and could have affected the mother board. I was pretty disappointed because the mother board is the heart of the computer, and I felt the laptop was a great laptop and was not prepared to spend a thousand plus on a new one. Jill and Mike did some magic and found a replacement used motherboard and Mike said its worth fixing because he agreed the laptop was a good one. Fast forward he replaced the board and the battery and brought my Lenovo back to life with added spunk. I am more than happy with the service and would highly recommend them for any problems with your Electonics. They are knowledgeable, friendly and reasonable. Give them your business you won't regret it.

I am a planetary scientist graduate candidate; I use my desktop for work, gaming, video editing, modeling, simulation, programming, and much more. While I have technical/hardware background I prefer not to work on my own computers due to how essential they are in my day to day - and I am by no means a true expert. I have brought my computer to Mike twice now for basic maintenance, cleaning, upgrades; each time specifically on days when I know I don't need the PC with tight time constraints. Each time CGND has not only been superb in terms of quality, responsiveness, support, and knowledge - Mike helped alleviate every bit of anxiety I had with leaving my daily driver PC in someone else's hands, choosing the right hardware, etc. I am astounded by the value of his services for the cost - they are wonderfully priced and reasonable for anyone from a novice to an expert computer hardware person who just wants to save some time. I plan to bring computers back to him for the extended future; there is no equivalent in this region, state, or the next.

I had an issue where my Word documents wound up corrupted, and unfortunately it spread to my entire PC with some bizarre lockout! Frantically, not knowing what to do or where to go, I called up Mike on a whim. Instantly, he was very attentive to my issues, maintaining a calm, confident, and collected demeanor in expressing his ability to correct the issues. So I gave my computer to Mike and made the best decision ever! He took the absolute care and consideration it needed while including me in on the entire process and providing great PC tips to potentially prevent any future threat along the way. He's extremely efficient, patient, and precise with his work, and the results certainly show. In a relatively short timespan, I now have my PC back better than ever! And even after I left his shop, Mike caringly followed up to make sure the entire issue was resolved. He also keeps the line of dialogue open by being genuinely generous with his time for any additional questions or concerns I may have. I am very fortunate to have found such an incredible repair shop and person!

This shop is the best. The owner fixed my old Mac tower and spent a considerable amount of time on it. He's the only one doing repairs here, but he does an amazing job. Best of all, the repairs were inexpensive. I don't know how someone can make money this way. But, that's great news for customers because he's clearly doing his job as a labor of love. And isn't that what we all want when someone agrees to work with us?

Had a problem with software that Michael and Jill only installed because I specifically asked for it — and they just spent over an hour on the phone with me figuring out how to overcome a glitch. Best service!! Such knowledgeable and personable people!! Could not recommend more - always the most positive experience
